In the last few months I was e-mailing with Milica Tanasijevic secretary of SEE Heritage Network<\/a>, and I was very pleased when she sent me the invitation for Networks meeting in Cetinje, from 3rd to 5th<\/sup> July.\"SEEH<\/a>SEE Heritage Network is a network that connects NGOs which are dealing with South-East European heritage. It was CHwB<\/a> that initiated creation of the network in 2006. Since then, SEE Network has been connecting organizations in this region with plus-minus intensity.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

The meeting began on July 3d around 6 PM with representations of (current and potentially new) members.<\/p>\n

First in the row was magnificent Vi\u0161nja Kisi\u0107<\/a> who presented projects of Evropa Nostra Srbija<\/a>, as well as some of exquisite projects Europa Nostra Award<\/a>,\u00a0Entopia-our place in Europe<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0Cultural heritage counts for Europe<\/a>. She also invited all the organizations to apply projects for 7 Most Endangered<\/a> till August 1st<\/sup>!\"01<\/a>Next followed Sne\u017eana Pejovi\u0107 from Centre for Preservation and Presentation of Kotor Documentary Heritage \u2013 Notar<\/a> who introduced couple of interesting works: Central maritime catalogue<\/a> of Montenegro, as well as State archive<\/a> of Montenegro.\"02<\/a>My acquaintance from Rogljevo, architect Ivana Vasilijevi\u0107<\/a>, introduced ARCH, organization for preservation of industrial heritage. Web-page is temporarily out of function, but ARCH had realized great projects Senjski Mines, Pan\u010devo Cultural Route, arsenal in Tivat etc.<\/p>\n

Afterwards, Valon and Teuta Xhabali introduced EC Ma Ndryshe<\/a> Kosovo. EC Ma Ndryshe\u2019s main goal is to stimulate active participation of citizens, and raising awareness of cultural heritage\u2019s protection and promotion.\"04Milena Filipovi\u0107 from Regional Cooperation Council<\/a> in Cetinje talked about successful projects that have been accomplished in cooperation with EXPEDITIO, EuropaNostra, CHwB, along with possible funds for financing Network and mutual projects among several organizations.\"05Dear Ivana Voli\u0107<\/a> presented Suburbium<\/a> from Petrovaradin (organization that is encouraging multidisciplinary activities to focus the attention of experts and the general public on heritage through the exchange of opinions, experiences and examples of best practice). Ivana also introduced organization Scenatoria<\/a> that gathers professionals and creative people from various fields such as art, architecture, culture\u2026\"06Daina Glavo\u010di\u0107 and Velid \u0110eki\u0107 presented PRO torpedo<\/a>, organization from Rijeka that is dealing with industrial heritage.\"07Edvin Lamce and Marvin Petrela from Gjirokastra Foundation<\/a> showed wonderful projects that they have started, such as Seven Fountains Park, Zeketa House, The Artisan Centre and many more.\"08<\/a>Then I presented Fine art & craft club<\/a>\u00a0with works that we have done and that follow\u2026<\/p>\n

After myself followed Armada Molla and Artemisa Muco that represented ADCT<\/a>, Association for Development of Cultural Tourism from Tirana.\"09<\/a>Fantastic story about drywall erection in Croatia followed. Marko Peji\u0107 from organization Dragodid<\/a> left us all speechless with his enthusiasm and amazing projects that Dragodid is working on.\"11<\/a>Later on, charming Dunja Vukovi\u0107 introduced organization Zgoda<\/a>, and we already have some mutual ideas…\"12<\/a>Two incredible ladies Danica Bartoli\u0107 and Valentina Vujini\u0107 followed from organization \u201eOsmijeh \u017eene<\/a>\u201c from Laktasi.\"13<\/a>Besides my favorite Lejla Had\u017ei\u0107, we had an opportunity to get to know one more fabulous woman from CHwB BiH<\/a> \u2013 Aida Ve\u017ei\u0107 \u2013 who among other interesting things mentioned Cultural Heritage Portal<\/a>.\"14<\/a>Finally I had the opportunity and great pleasure to meet two fantastic ladies who are standing behind EXPEDITIO<\/a> \u2013 organization that I have been following foar a very long time and that I admire to \u2013 Sandra Kapetanovi\u0107 and Tatjana Raji\u0107.\"15<\/a>Little bit later Marko Ilijani\u0107\u00a0from\u00a0<\/a>Sinergija<\/a>\u00a0from Herceg Novog presented their work too.\"16<\/a>After introductions on Friday, following weekend passed in working atmosphere, mostly in group works that Vi\u0161nja was managing. Manja Ivanovna, previous Network\u2019s secretary briefly reminded us on previous Network\u2019s activities since the beginning till this day\u2026 Milica Tanasijevi\u0107, the current secretary, then mentioned activities from this year \u2013 time since she is on this position. Afterwards, again in groups, we were working on SWOT analysis.\"26<\/a>After the lunch we had an interesting session \u2013 imagining 3 possible scenarios (pessimistic, real and optimistic) about Network\u2019s development. After that we were reconsidering the mission and vision of SEE Heritage Network.\"21<\/a>In the afternoon we were walking through Cetinje \u2013 what a green place, with fabulous lime-tree smell and wonderful people. This walk was not enough for me, so I went for an evening walk again, and ones again on Sunday! I was late a bit for yoga in park which Tanja was leading \u2013 what a conference ;)\"25<\/a>After yoga we were fresh and ready for Aida Ve\u017ei\u0107 who talked about Balkan Museum Networks<\/a> and some extraordinary start-up projects: Meet, See, Do<\/a>, Wild<\/a>, 1+1 Life and Love.<\/a>\"27<\/a>After the lunch we were working on priorities, activities, future projects etc.\"22<\/a>For more photos click here<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u201cOld\u201d members are claiming that we the \u201cnew\u201d ones brought fresh and positive energy to the group. I was so thrilled to meet all these nice people and the way that they are working in our surroundings.\u00a0 Pirate project<\/a> gave me the opportunity for connecting with European professionals\u00a0 for earth architecture, but this Network has one additional value \u2013 it is ours, it concern us and it is depending on us!<\/p>\n
