\u0161nenokle :)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>nisu mi nikad bile omiljene, valjda zato \u0161to nisam neki ljubitelj jaja&#8230; ustvari, kad bolje razmislim, \u017euti fil sam volela, a belanca sam uvek ostavljala. me\u0111utim, kako sve vi\u0161e vremena provodimo u Mo\u0161orinu i kako nas kom\u0161ija Du\u0161a redovno snabdeva doma\u0107im jajima, morala sam da smislim neki jednostavni na\u010din da ih iskoristim&#8230; pa, evo ga:<\/p>\n<p>potrebni sastojci: \u00a01\u00a0litar mleka, 4 jaja, \u00a06 ka\u0161ika \u0161e\u0107era, 2 kesice vanil \u0161e\u0107era, 2 ka\u0161ike bra\u0161na.<\/p>\n<p>priprema: staviti mleko da se ugreje. odvojiti \u017eumanca od belanaca. dobro umutiti belanca, pa ka\u0161ikom stavljati knedle u vrelo mleko (smanjiti ja\u010dinu.) kad narastu, okrenuti ih na drugu stranu, pa ih potom izvaditi u posudu (na kraju ocediti mleko iz nje.)<\/p>\n<p>mleko skloniti sa vatre. \u017eumanca dobro umutiti sa \u0161e\u0107erom i vanil \u0161e\u0107erom, dodati bra\u0161no i polako sipati u mleko (prethodno vra\u0107eno na ringlu.) lagano me\u0161ati dok ne postane kao puding. kad je gotov, preliti njime belanca i ostaviit da se ohladi!<\/p>\n<p>iako i dalje nisam ljubitelj jaja, hmmm, prili\u010dno je ukusno&#8230;
